Pixley Connect Project Aims to Bring Hi-Speed Internet

"An estimated 90% of the homes in Pixley do not have a computer at home. But, over the next 3 years the "Pixley Connect Project" hopes to change that by bringing high speed internet into more homes and computer skills to more residents."
